Jefferson Place is a three-building, 210,000 sf corporate campus, nestled on a rectangular, 11-acre site in in the Menlo Business Park in Menlo Park. The 70,000 sf buildings currently house leased offices for a leading high-technology company. The project’s goal was to create attractive, functional interior and exterior spaces for highly educated workers.
The project incorporates abundant natural light and park-like landscaping. Pathways join the three buildings and lead to several circular fountains set in open, amphitheater-like plazas. These plazas give the elongated campus a sense of connection, points of focus and a place for employees to gather. Seating arbors in classical garden settings enhance the atmosphere.
