2000 City of Sunnyvale Environment Achievement Award in the Energy Efficiency and Transportation category

Moffett Park is a four, four-story building office complex with a 2-3/4 level parking structure, a 15,000 sf fitness center and a Valley Transit Authority (VTA) Terminal Structure. The VTA Terminal serves a strong pedestrian circulation system with a plaza and restaurant, outdoor dining and pedestrian sanctuaries enhancing the environment for Sunnyvale’s citizens.

The VTA Terminal provides substantial improvement in transportation for the area. The tenant, Ariba, has adopted a Transportation Demand Management (TDM) that encourages its employees to use the transportation system.
