Pacific Shores Center is a 107-acre corporate campus with 1.5 million square feet of research and development office space. The project is located in Redwood Shores, adjacent to Bair Island wildlife refuge and the Port of Redwood City.
The ten office and research and development buildings vary in height from three to five-story structures with aerial bridge links for corporate expansion. The architecture is environmentally friendly and energy-conscious with light-filled window bays featuring insulated solar glass curtain walls and distinctive roof lines to accommodate advancements in solar power technologies. Fifty percent of the site is open pedestrian space with amenities such as a multi-purpose recreation field for baseball and soccer, cycling and pedestrian paths, an amphitheater, a conference center, a media center, a child care facility, a fitness center, and a restaurant.
