· Architectural License, preferred
· Ability to function comfortably with new & existing clients
· Superior communication and organizational skills
· Award winning design skills
Description: Ability to initiate and create design for interior projects and participate in all phases of design development from conceptualization through construction. Able to confer and correspond with clients; direct design development; generate and oversee production of design details; coordinate design teams, where applicable; and assist in establishment of design fee, budget and schedule.
