Menlo Park, California
Expanding from a single suite, the new two-story, 20,500-sf space promotes connectivity and openness, with full-height glass walls and a striking walnut-clad spiral stair linking the third and fourth floors. Acting as an anchor point for the workplace, the open stair provides a seamless transition space for client and employee interaction.
Comfortable and informal, yet elegant, the workplace is centered around flexible break areas, with social gathering in mind. Central open office areas are flanked by meeting rooms of various sizes and privacy, providing flexible space for quick team huddles or breakouts. Artwork of local landmarks and redwood slabs—sourced from both the owner’s backyard and the firm’s previous workspace—brings a sense of comfort and familiarity to shared spaces.
