As a key component to the company’s Integrated Campus Master Plan, B309 provides much-needed expansion space and new on-site amenities for the growing company. Located along the northside of the campus’ Vintage Lake, B309 is the first of a series of three office towers to be constructed and consolidates eleven administrative departments into one, ten-story office tower. The vertical building form opens up the ground-plane and allows for over 2 acres of open space. This includes significant landscaping and usable outdoor spaces along Vintage Lake—highlighted by a large patio for the first-floor cafeteria. Taking advantage of its location, the building is oriented outward towards a key community thoroughfare: Vintage Park Drive. Facing this public street, the building has an angled facade and a deep canopy that defines the main entry and creates a strong street presence.
