Britannia East Grand

Due to its adjacency to the San Francisco Bay, the landscape plan for this campus went through a rigorous and constructive process with the Bay Conservation and Development Commission to seek approval. The resulting landscape plan has an abundance of usable open space that provides endless recreation amenities. The highlight of this site is the central corridor that creates the main artery of the campus. It’s oriented directly towards the Bay – resulting in sweeping views from throughout the campus. To further take advantage of this spectacular setting, the corridor leads to a large outdoor amphitheater that faces the Bay, making for a distinct and beautiful location for company-wide events.
